Triune Energy Services is a Design Engineering & Consultancy Company focused on Oil & Gas Production, Refining, Petrochemicals & Pipelines. Established in 1990, it is now one of the largest private engineering companies in India. Our projects can be seen across the world, from Brazil to the Middle East to Korea. 
The founder of the company continues at the helm of the company as Chairman. She is supported by the COO and various functional experts who head their respective departments. We are currently 200 people strong and our ambition is to scale upto 500 in the next few years. 

Job purpose:
The purpose of the role will be to contribute to the growth and strategic direction of company by playing a vital role in nurturing the existing client base and identifying and pursuing opportunities in new markets and with new clients.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 

  •      Work closely with the Head of the Department to execute the business development strategy and align activities with the broader vision. 
  •      Identify and cultivate new business leads, forging strong relationships with potential clients and partners to generate new enquiries and expand Triune client base. 
  •      Contribute to the formulation and execution of comprehensive BD plans, incorporating budgets for strategic activities 
  •      Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze every opportunity to complete the bid/no bid process and create compelling proposals if a decision to bid is made. 
  •      Monitor industry trends within the Oil & Gas sector, staying informed about market dynamics and competitive developments. 
  •      Play a pivotal role in client retention efforts by proactively addressing short-term and long-term concerns.
  •      Analyze both successful and unsuccessful bids to extract lessons learned, understand reasons for wins/losses, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualification Required

  •      Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates from the oil and gas industry. 
  •      A relevant degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.
  •      Prior experience in business development within oil and gas service industry context will be considered an advantage.
